Most of my work comes from my love of nature and I my goal is to convey their beauty and peace. I am truly fortunate to spend summers at Cape Cod and am very influenced by the serenity of the ocean. I love the mood that color and light can bring and try to enhance these feelings in my work.
I grew up loving to draw and paint. I am always trying to challenge myself to learn more and have had great art teachers throughout my education. I have studied at Northeastern University, Museum of Fine Art Boston, the Danforth Museum and Castle Hill Truro. I am influenced by the great artist and wonderful teacher, Margaret Gerding. My art has been shown and sold at the Provincetown Art Association Museum through their juried auction and The Chroma Artist Group.
